Our 'home at the beach' is ready for you to walk in, sit back and relax. It's bright and light and has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens up to large outdoor areas on both sides.

You can capture the sun or shade by using either of the outdoor entertaining areas. There are umbrellas in both outdoor areas (no longer a Sail due to wind).
There is a wonderful pizza oven and a 4-burner BBQ outside, or if you're cooking inside then we have a well equipped kitchen with most of the cooking, baking and entertaining equipment you'd have at home. Also a Nespresso machine (bring pods) and smoothie blender.

In the cupboards are basics of tea, coffee, sugar, flour, salt and pepper, a selection of dried herbs etc. so you feel more at home and don't have to pop out every two seconds to get something.

On one side of the house is an area to park your car, a boat, or jetski. We have a tent area in the fully fenced back area. Tents by prior approval only and incur a charge confirmed at booking. Plenty of off street parks.

In addition to the two bathrooms, there is a nice warm outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day of play.

An easy flat short walk away is the estuary on one side and the beach on the other; kids playgrounds, along with all of Pauanui's attractions.

Pauanui has a great supermarket, bakery, take-aways, cafes, a petrol station, library, airstrip and Info centre; along with many attractions - beach, estuary, skate park, mini golf, golf courses, Lakes golf course and a lot more!

Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
We supply tea towels, pillows (covered with a protector), mattress protectors are on all beds, duvets and extra blankets for warmth if it's a chilly night.

4pm checkout is often available in non-peak times, if no-one is checking-in that day.

Tents/campervans in designated area only - must be approved prior. Max. of 8 people staying on the property - 4 in the house, 4 in tents/van. Over 4 ppl, a per person/night is charged (from $50/person/night) and will be confirmed at time of booking.

A refundable bond of $500 required and will be fully refunded quickly following inspection and no issues. A higher bond maybe required at peak times or at owners discretion at time of booking.

No parties. No drugs.
